Credits

Priceagent operates on a credit-based system, providing you with a flexible way to access our pricing studies. You receive a set number of credits each month, which can be redeemed for various pricing studies. This system allows you to manage your pricing research budget efficiently and on your own schedule. 

You can use your credits to purchase any of our available pricing studies. Read more about our pricing study types

• Price Check: 1 000 credits
• Price Discovery: 4 000 credits

Understanding your credits

Your credit allocation and usage depend on your subscription plan. You can find your subscription plan in the billings page.

• Yearly Subscriptions: If you are on an annual contract, all of your credits for the entire year are allocated to your account at the beginning of the subscription period. These credits remain active and available for use until the final day of your contract.
• Monthly Subscriptions: With a monthly subscription, credits are renewed each month on your billing date.
• • Credit Expiration: A 2-month grace period is applied to all monthly credits. This means that any credits you receive on a given month will be available for a total of three months before they expire.

Buying more credits

Currently, Priceagent does not offer the option to purchase ad-hoc credits. If you find you need more credits to conduct your research, we recommend upgrading to a higher-tier subscription plan that includes a larger monthly credit allocation.
